Important Safety Information

Cliq is an exercise product that uses elastic resistance tubing. Read and follow all product instructions and safety warnings before use.

Exercise Safety

• Inspect the handles, tubing, and connection points before each use. Do not use the product if any component is damaged, worn, cracked, or otherwise compromised.
• Keep tubing away from your face and eyes. Maintain a secure grip and keep your movements controlled.
• Do not overstretch the tubing or exceed the product’s stated resistance limits of 2.5x resting length.
• Keep tubing under control when adjusting resistance or releasing tension. Elastic tubing can recoil and cause injury if it slips, breaks, or detaches.
• Use only as directed and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort.
• Keep the product and its components out of reach of young children. This product is not a toy.

Magnetic Wall Mount Warning

The optional Cliq wall mount contains strong neodymium magnets.

• Keep magnets away from pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and other medical devices that may be affected by magnetic fields. Follow the medical device manufacturer’s safety guidance.
• Keep loose magnets away from children. Swallowed magnets can cause serious internal injuries.
• Install and use the wall mount only as directed. Confirm that the mounting surface and installation can safely support the intended load before hanging or removing equipment.
